Q*tee first appeared in Saturday Supercade as a main character in the Q*bert segments. She didn't appear in the games until Q*bert Rebooted, 31 years after the show.
Q*tee is *Q*bert's little sister, she has pink skin and wears a red ribbon and a trunk like her brother. According to the information you gets in Q*bert: Rebooted that she always jumps on every panel until they're all pink, so it could be assumed that pink is her favorite color.

Her appearance makes her look a bit like Birdo, a character from the Super Mario Series. They both have red ribbons, pink skin and trunks.
